Litigation

We have over thirty-five years experience representing individuals, corporations and governmental entities in a wide array of litigation matters involving diverse and complex issues. These include product liability claims against automobile manufacturers, construction defect litigation on behalf of a city, legal malpractice claims, both prosecuting and defending, as well as the defense of wrongful termination lawsuits. This work has included numerous jury trials and a significant appellate practice.

Family Law

The firm engages in family law matters on a selective basis. Generally, the firm will decline representation should the parties be contesting the custody of children. The firm has engaged in family law matters involving the division and distribution of marital property in substantial sums.

Probate/Trust Litigation
